2008! Hit by Sewing Storm....

Okay.. So I am soooo incrediably behind. Life took over! As most know now. I decided to make all my Christmas presents this year. So I sewed my little fingers off thru the months of October thru... well still sewing. I had so much fun making the girls quilts, and all the different bags for everyone, I decided to take a REAL quilting class. More or less to find out how to quilt the correct way, instead of the Jennifer way. Needless to say in the first 10 minutes, I found out I had/have been doing everything the wrong way and the LONG way! I just finished my first 6 week beginners class, and have jumped into the intermediate class! I LOVE IT! More the better. I have a gillzion ideas in my head. Creative brain on over drive. Plus, I have been shooting a little more too! again, Creative brain. (I will post those all soon - along with some Christmas photos) I hope all your Christmas & New Years were fantastic, and you Valentines Days are all romantic!

Friday afternoon, wasn't so good...

About 2 o'clock I was in a car accident.

I was told later after I got to the hospital, that I had ran a red light, not even seeing that it was there. The intersection was a weird set up to begin with.

The gentleman that hit me was okay, and I was too, after my trip to the hospital.

Just a lot of bruising, but the Jeep 'Sarge' took all the pain.

As you can see below.

The jeep was hit on the passenger side - rear. When he hit, it severed the wheel axle, sending the tire into the air, only to hit a parked car.

The photos were taken with my camera phone, so they aren't the best photos that I have ever taken. The good camera, was flung out of the car, and not currently working.

All is okay. Sarge is being fixed and I am recovering from my new temporary tattoos!

The Boat has been fixed!!

The boys finally got the boat fixed, and we had a blast of 4 day frienzy to play before they left for work on the east coast.
