Take a picture of your feet at every stop along your vacation. Great new way to show your travels, and probably really fun for the kids. Come back after the 4th and I will have ours up from our vacation photos. Kids and all.
Love ya!

MEMORIAL DAY - JELLO-SHOT STYLE!
Water volleyball anyone? Mom and I supported from the steps. Kinda hard to play when the water is up to your chin. The boys had fun though.
I was sick with the flew this weekend. So sitting ring side at the pool was the only fun I was allowed to have.
Great Party guys.... Can't wait till next year!

MEMORIAL DAY - LAKESIDE!
JUMP IN THE BOAT!
On Memorial Day, all of us headed to the lake. Because where else are you supposed to go on Memorial Day!
Amoruso, Desi & Dylan at the dock.
It started to rain a little, so we all took a pit stop to do some fishing. Papa helped Chyl and the kids hook up some lines to catch the brim.
Patty had her kayack out, and mom as been talking for months about getting one. So Dad thought it would be a great idea to see if she reallllly wanted one.
The first time in - she flipped over! So this is Dad and Patty holding on as she gets in for the second time. Success!! Off she goes. Oh..and she does realllly want one now.
And so does Katie and Robert! Everyone had to try it.
Matthew and Robert enjoying their trips around the dock.
Chyl & Amoruso heading out. All the boys were scared of sharks! But the fun of playing in the water was just to great to stay on the shore. We had a blast. Everyone went home with a major sunburn. Perfect for going back to work the next day.

OPEN WIDE!!
And then later in the day, Jacob caught the same fish! We heard it rattle, though it jumped off his line too, and the lure went flying out of it's mouth thru the air and into the lake. So funny!
My creative shot of the day. Dad fishing on the side of the bank.
I tell ya.. makes you want hook up a line doesn't it!
Have a good one!

SOCCER IN SMITHVILLE!
When going thru these photos I happened to find this one. So funny. He is trying so hard his tongue is sticking out! = )
The girls had fun too! So funny how the world is small. A friend that Katie and I went to school and played softball with, had a son Dakotah that played on the team. She and her husband also had 4 other girls! So you know Desiree & Dakota fit right in! Here they are posing for their photo and playing ring-a-round the rosies. We are all excited for the Fall season to start. This was a great team!
Way to go TIGERS!!

1st FARM TRIP of 2008
This time around ... Dad won! The last cast and last catch of the Day!
We did meet a new friend. This little guy was hanging out in an old rubber boot under one of the big trees. I waited foreverrrrr for him to come out so I could show you all his pretty colors. No luck. He just peaked out to say hello.
As the day moves on you slow down in the sun, and really start to appreciate the scenery. This is my favorite view. The road creeps around a big set of trees, with the branches lying low. Mom, Dad, and Jacob took in another view... Watching the leaves blow in the Big'Ole Oak Tree above.
Not a bad view either.. Well.. until another day at the farm...
Here is video of the cows... to keep you company until then.
